Top 25 college football teams for most player arrests in the last 5 years

Florida State. really?

Note: Six teams have 6 arrests, six teams have five arrests and 60 teams have less than five arrests. See above.

Very misleading stat. So what is an arrest? Felony charge? DUI charge? How about a stat on conviction of a felony since many of these are plea bargain or thrown out.

Whatever happen to the player that was charged with a DUI and a fake id a couple of months ago? I assume he is still on the team and he is paying substantial legal fees.

And what about states where certain activities are legal or not enforced and other states that are more strict?

Yeah, that can be misleading if in a certain area they Arrest you for an MIP. They should throw that one out unless it's a 2nd offense or more.

I was arrested for an Excessive Noise violation, after the Final Four game of MSU vs Wisconsin back in 2000. The kind of violation when your party is too loud and the neighbors complain.

Instead, I was on my porch yelping. The house I lived at was on a 3 lane busy street. Cops were busting a party across the street. No neighbor complaint -- the cops thought I was a loudmouth.

Take out MIPs, Excessive Noise -- and any small charge that's dropped.

9 of the Top 15 are SEC teams.
