No it isn't. You only see it as a racial narrative because you see things in terms of race, probably due to where you get your info. Education and income are much bigger factors. The overwhelming majority of black youth have nothing in common with these criminals except that they are black.

If you try to say otherwise, you're simply burying your head in the ******* sand and refuse to face reality. It cannot be fixed unless the problem is first recognized, then addressed.
