We'll have around 85 players on the roster by the summer of 2016. We would then add 20-25 in the next recruiting class and have 85 scholarship athletes for 2017 spring practice plus all the walk-ons.

It just might be the most well-prepared 1st-year team in the history of college football... which is why you have some of the USA and Troy fans whining that it's not a fair deal.

YES he is on as a football expert to give insider perspective of a head coach per promo. We are so sensitive to every thing we sometimes are worst than gumps or sidewalk aubies. He was also asked about the drunk coach

By the way after September or whenever the facilities fundraising is done and Clarks contract is signed - I hope he would have little to talk about a lot of weeks or is it just AU and UAT that you want him 'forbidden" to be asked about

& 25 for the regular signing period.

If they envy our recruiting timeline, they can shut their teams down and start them back as well. No one is stopping them.

I'm not even at an intermediate level of recruiting understanding, but I always believed playing time is a top priority of most players and Coach Clark is going to be able to hand it out like Oprah on a holiday special. That, in combination with all the conditioning and training, has the makings of a team that can at least avoid being tied to the train tracks. No lofty expectations here.

USA and UTSA had the same situation - two years to prepare. There may have been more scholarship limitations, but until we begin playing we don't know what out scholarship count will actually be.

Right now everyone (using the term loosely) wants to play us. Coach will use that to line up as many games as he can before we play a down again because that list will shrink after we come back.

Just keep in mind that Boise State is still complaining about being unable to get such H&H contracts with most P5 teams even now.
