ACC Football Picks 2015
This years ACC seems to play chalk on the Atlantic side and wide open on Coastal.

I like North Carolina a lot this season and have them as the team coming out of the Coastal.

The Atlantic division really comes down to Clemson and Florida State.

A sleeper team for me would be, Louisville.

Here's my predictions: ACC Predicitons 2015

Always look forward to hearing your opinions and predictions! 04-cheers

I can't see GT winning the Coastal this season. Their schedule is very difficult having to play Clemson and FSU. But hey they have been known to prove people wrong before.

I see you put UNC #1 in the Coastal.

Anyone who doesn't pick VT to win the Coastal is misinformed.

RE: ACC Football Picks 2015
Atlantic:
Clemson...7-1
FSU.........6-2
Louisville..5-3
NC State...4-4
BC...........3-5
Syracuse...2-6
Wake........1-7

Coastal:
Va Tech.....6-2 *
Ga Tech.....6-2
Pitt............4-4 *
Miami........4-4
UNC..........3-5 *
Duke.........3-5
Virginia......2-6

* Head to head winner in case of ties.

Clemson wins CCG.

UNC misses bowl despite 6 wins, because two of them are against FCS. Same for BC if they get 6 wins.

Sham excuse. Plain & simple, VT looked at Wake as a gimme game & looked past the Deacs to pay more attention to the upcoming game vs UVA.

Postgame quote from Beamer:

Quote:On what was ineffective about the offense...
"I think Wake, they've got a couple good corners, they fly around on defense, but I don't think that is an excuse. I think when we look at it, it's going to be about not blocking them, not executing, sometimes they were putting their players in the best position to be successful. I don't think you take anything away from Wake Forest, they played good."

It was totally about injuries. Wake didn't have enough injuries on the defense.

I think Miami could win the Coastal. We have both VT and GT at home. If we are worth 2 cents then maybe we will beat both of them.

It's possible.

It's also possible that when Clemson faces Miami on 10/24 they are facing an interim coach because of a four game losing streak after the two cupcakes.

Pitt is my Coastal darkhorse. The level of OL recruiting they have done the past few years starts to pay off as a defensive minded coach pounds you into submission with their huge running backs. Voytik is good enough to hurt you if you stack the box to stop Conner & co as well.

I agree with you about Pitt. With Connor & Boyd back & Narduzzi on the sideline they should be more consistent.
