It's not only the football coach

1) THe Provost has resigned
2) The Chancellor of the University has resigned
3) A women's soccer player is suing the university for player her when she was concussed. Soccer coach should go
4) Women's basketball players are suing the program for creating a racially divisive atmosphere. Named in the are the women's HC & Assistant Coach.

With all this going on in the department he is responsible for; the AD needs to go as well. But he may be there for a while unless the athletic boosters can get rid of him as a Chancellor & Provost have yet to be hired.

It's a mess in Chambana.

If the football team did not have an experienced person like Cubit to fall back on the situation would be even worse than it is

Next year is the "Year of PJ", where if he follows thru to expectations, he'll be flying to another destination. Illinois will be the option only if Cubit holds down Illinois decently well to make fans want to keep him as there's no notable hires elsewhere at the time.
