Not Going Feature
Can’t make a game? No problem! We love seeing you at every Owls home game, but understand you may have to miss a game or two. You can now use the Not Going feature to get guaranteed value for your unused tickets, which can then be used to purchase Seat Upgrades, VIP Experiences and Sit with Friends tickets at future games through the Experience App.

The tickets you turn in will be used by other Owl fans looking to upgrade their seats for that game only. Your season ticket seats will still be in place for you to use at every other home game.

To turn in tickets to an upcoming game, go to riceowls.com/experiences on your iPhone or Android phone and login using the email associated with your season ticket account.

*Please note that Not Going can only be used three (3) times this season. Any credit received must be used in the Experience App and will expire at the end of the 2015 football season. This credit cannot be used anywhere else.

Sit With Friends Feature

Need Additional Tickets? The Experience App also comes with additional features! Have friends or family who want to go to the game with you? Use the new Sit with Friends feature to purchase additional seats for a game! You can choose to exchange your current seats for seats together in a new location, or simply buy additional seats. It’s up to you! You can access Sit with Friends up to 4 weeks prior to any game until kick-off

Best Available Forever
Upgrade to the best available seats. Sign up for Best Available Forever and get first access to premium seats available for upgrade at every game. You will receive a notification when your requested upgrades become available.

Just opened our season ticket envelope and found that there is a coupon for 2 tickets to the MBB vs Oregon State. You have to redeem them in advance of the game but this should help get a good crowd for the game and surprised the athletic dept tied it to a "glamour" game.
