According a high placed member of the UA organization, six Tribe teams are wearing UA uniforms.
Men's soccer and tennis along with the baseball team.
Women's gymnastics, basketball and lacrosse.

Marcel Berry, whom Tribal noted was Virginia POY, was the Gatorade Virginia Player of the Year...
making him the second Tribe recruit in memory to receive this honor. The other? No less than Marcus Thornton, named Maryland Gatorade POY after his senior season.

Let us hope Marcel has as illustrious a career for the Tribe!

Interesting, too, that Berry is from Charlottesville; kudos to the coaching staff for spiriting Marcel away from the UVA soccer powerhouse.

Finally we have an offense! Very exciting play up front with some good creativity, which is a complete turnaround from last year.

Defensively we definitely had a few lapses. Their only goal other than the PK, we were just standing around watching.

After a tie vs #4 UNC, we are up against #7 tonight at Coastal Carolina, 7pm. Tough schedule for sure.

Disappointing 2-0 loss to #7 Coastal Carolina. We are slowly coming back to Top Twenty levels of several years ago, but still have a way to go.

Tribe men won at Navy last night with a "golden goal" overtime win..scored by freshman
sensation Antonio Bustamante. Another touted frosh, Ryder Bell, also scored a huge goal for the Tribe. Team's second consecutive OT win,

Big college soccer crowd at the Academy for the game too; almost 1200 people.

Don't look now, but Bustamante and Bell, two of W&M men's soccer most highly touted recruits in some time, look like the real deal.

Bustamante, if you haven't seen him, is a flash on the field; 5-8, perhaps 140 pounds, who has dazzling speed and all the moves. The soccer version, perhaps, of football's Dedmon. He was
a star at the top DC United Academy soccer powerhouse and played for Springfield High (VA).

Bell is the highly recruited Gatorade Soccer POY last year and moves smoothly between midfield and forward. Very strong with terrific soccer basics.
