I thought some may be interested in this. Construction started in May. The new room will be done in September could be as early as the first game on the 5th. We will have the Coaches Radio Show in the new room once it is complete.

I can only assume a Jacksonville, FL location is next on the to-do list.

BOOM! That new beer garden looks fantastic, will that be open at all times, or just for when the banquet hall is being used?

The beer garden will be available anytime there is not a banquet or private party. Also The Novak Room will be an extension of the bar every Monday for the Coaches Show, also on home football gamedays, ect unless there is a banquet/party booked there. It will truly be a multi use space.

Also the current back room that is used alot for parties will be available the majority of the time. The building is up and under roof. It's on schedule for September.

Awesome News and much needed space for gameday! But where is it being built, into the existing parking lot out back?

Side beer garden where the bag pits and little shed were at and some of the parking lot, in the end it will only take out a couple parking spots. We also have the lot across the street from Culvers for parking as well.

LOOKS GREAT! I'm sure it will be a great addition when complete. Fatty's is easily the best place to go before and after a game.

I was not aware they acquired Whitmans Catering? I was wondering what happened to them since they didn't supply the HAF tent.
