We need a good online t-shirt vendor that will work with us (sell and ship directly to customers vs being tied to a fund raising campaign). Someone mentioned a couple of grads that had a shop?

Also, below are some samples. We'd like suggestions and opinions for the message. Can only be about 15 characters or so. I'll assemble the top few and put it up to a vote. No vulgarity or veiled sexual innuendo people! These shirts will be worn in the presence of guileless minds like children and Longhorn.

Are we sure that we can use "JMU"?

I know customink.com has lots of JMU people working there. HH&C had also mentioned a company out of Richmond Bonefire Funds. They do t-shirt fundraising, people buy the shirt directly from them.

2Buck and others have done some great work on the website, tee shirts and business cards. I can't say enough great things about these guys. Tons of work in a short time.

I like it. I think you have to keep "NOW" in there as well.

A bit worried this all may be a little too late given the SB activity and news we have been seeing

Can we get Sunbelt or SBC in there somehow? Otherwise we might still get the "we've been trying but the MAC just won't budge" excuse. At this point SBC is the ONLY option. Might as well say SBC or Bust on the back as it has come to this.

Sadly, the SBC may not be an option any longer with all the EKU,CCU talk this week.

SBC will continue to be an option. Realignment will always cause shifting & the SBC is the bottom of the realignment food chain historically. Big 12, CUSA & AAC have potential for lineup changes in the near future with Cincinnati destined for a P5 spot (probably Big 12).

I would like an SBC mention on the shirt, but it may also take away from the "move up any way available" message.

Agree it will always be an option, but I think the concern many of us have is that we should not need to wait for another round of realignment. The purpose of this initiative is to try and force the admin's hand to take what is available now. If CCU or EKU takes the bid, we will just continue to hear more of the rhetoric from our admin that there's nowhere to go.

I hear what you're saying though. If we don't call out the SBC, there needs to be something that speaks to the fact that this group is supportive of going FBS regardless of the conference.

Yeah, we're on the same page. I believe there is still opportunity for us to come to the SBC presidents with hat in hand right now & get an invite. I was just replying that technically it doesn't shut the SBC door based on history.

Wish we could end this & get back to cheering for sports...
