Made my picks. To me it's tougher to lock in the expected bigger margin games (even with the wider spread), because a team just needs to hang in a little longer than anticipated to screw up your week.

Joined and ready for the games. This makes you think a bit more because of the lock in system. It's not just about picking who will win.

This is a really nice tradition that Blazer Nation offers CUSA and as an ODU fan I am very appreciative of the fact that the UAB sponsors went out of their way to include ODU iin the contest during our first year, when we were transitioning into FBS (3 years ago). I have enjoyed the Pick-em contest in the past and glad to say I just finished activating my membership. I Just made my picks and I'm looking forward to a lot of FANTASTIC CUSA football this year.

I'm eagery anticipating as is every fan in Blazer Nation the day when I pick UAB FOOTBALL to win that 1st game after the restart of football.

Is there a Legitimate reason that ODU or Charlotte’s games were not included in the Blazer Nation Football Pickem Contest (Sept 12, 2015)???? If you only had 10 slots to fill, why would you NOT have Charlotte or ODU over the MICH / Oregon game!!! I would think you would have to include either Charlotte or ODU. Like wise, I am sure it could have also been set up that whichever team (Charlotte or ODU) that didn't fill the 10th slot from CUSA, well they could have been a part of the bonus pickem question.

I feel that was a disrespectful and discourtesy slight to both Charlotte and ODU. With that in mind I have decided not to participate this year and for the future in any Blazer Nation activities.. Obviously ODU or Charlotte are not considered important enough to be a part of a CUSA contest, so I feel this is NOT important enough for me to waste my time with you contest!!

It is regrettable that there was a deliberate attempt to be disrespectful to your conference mates. I'm sorry to say that respect is all one can offer to each other in CUSA and I have to say Blazer Nation has dropped a peg in my book because of an irresponsible decision.

I assume that FCS games aren't included, ODU and Charlotte were certainly important enough last week.

This ODU fan, for one, is grateful for all the effort that Blazer Nation puts in to the pickem and I hope to see UAB as part of the contest ASAP! Now if I could just win one week that would be great.
