Great to see the team getting plenty of respect but polls mean very little if you can't back them up. Go out there and take it boys! Peach Bowl or bust!

Please, no key injuries, no brain cramps against lesser opponents and great intensity against Miami and BYU. With a modest improvement in defense we could witness one of the all-time greatest seasons in UC football. Bearcat fans have been through a lot the past couple of years. This season could be just the tonic we need. Counting the days to kickoff!

If UC would have had just an average defense last year UC they could have beaten OSU and probably everyone else.

Wouldn't have beaten Memphis. Even if we had a defense, there is no way around the fact that it was a complete bed-crapping on all sides of the football.

We were up 7-0. Shut them out and we win.

But average defenses don't usually get shutouts.

Sarcasm! I am also fully aware that they ran out the entire fourth quarter.

I agree. ( I really dread the trip to Oxford) This could be a special year at a time this University REALLY needs it. Keep gunner safe and play catch me if you can.. Can't wait to be at Nippert on Sept 5th. Go Cats!!!

Add in that the UC basketball team is returning essentially its entire roster and you're looking at the possible makings of a very special school year.
