I don't have an ounce of hope of Sparty beating Ohio State this year. What Urban has done with that team is crazy. Meyer, Harbaugh, Dantonio will be a mix to create classics, and if Penn State and Michigan becomes competitive again well, I'd have to say it'd be the toughest division in college football.

I hate Ohio State because they always have a football team stacked with who's who of elite football players. With Myer at the helm, there should be no reason they don't play for championships every year..... And that's why I hate them.....I'm jealous 03-banghead

It's all good! I see a lot of people saying WV is the sleeper in the Big 12 to watch out for.

With Dantonio at the helm there's always a chance. Michigan State has always been my 2nd favorite team.

Well us Sparty fans would gladly welcome you to the Big Ten section of the board! We usually have an annual pick em for the football season.

RE: What, you thought Braxton Miller was out of the Heisman Race?
So Braxton? I guess for him to move forward to the next level, WR is the best way to get there.
I truly believe as you mentioned, he is a rare athlete that could play Receiver, Running Back, Defensive Back etc... The Man is committed to Ohio State 100% and that actually surprised me I guess? I always believed he wanted to be a Quarterback and that he would transfer out if he didn't get that nod here. That alone says a lot about his character. I know a lot of people hate Urban Meyer but he is the master at getting players to believe in the word Team. Sure I'll get beat up over that but it's what I'm seeing.

It is a smart move for him. The best overall athlete I ever saw coming out of the BIG was Rod Woodson. Purdue was in such bad shape back then besides playing corner, returning kicks, he played RB his Senior year, went both ways. No doubt he could have played WR also.

We had a guy at Cincy who during his Senior year moved to WR from QB,
and he ended up playing a few years in the NFL. Chad Plummer.
