Glad to hear he's working at the FBS level again. It's too bad that it didn't go well for him in Tulsa, considering he probably would've stayed there for a long time unlike many of their other previous coaches

Blankenship is Fuente's old high school coach. There's a lot of respect and trust there. Should be a solid addition.

Offensive analyst? He working as a staff member and not a coach. Just watching video and stuff, this is the kind of position you give to a GA.

Everyone in Tulsa wishes him the best (except for when he plays Tulsa)

The best thing about Bill isn't really his coaching, it's his integrity. He always try to instill good character in his players.

Or you give it to an old friend and mentor who needs a job.

That's 100% outstanding as far as I'm concerned.

Too bad Blankenship did not work out at Tulsa.

Former Tulsa QB. Great HS coach in Oklahoma. Part of Todd Graham's staff that turned everything around at Tulsa.

Seemed like a natural, especially when he started off 19-8 with a C-USA title and Liberty Bowl victory.

Either he couldn't recruit, or he had some critical turnover on his coaching staff and the new hires weren't good. Maybe both.

Todd Graham is NOT the one who gets credit for turning Tulsa around! That honor goes to Steve Kragthorpe. Graham just built on what Kragthorpe begun.

Todd Graham was the best thing to ever happen to Rice. I try to remind their fans of that at every opportunity.

Only here, not MTO. My blood pressure can't handle that board.

Good to see you too, by the way :)
