Oklahoma lets 18 ACT scores in. If you can read you get into OU

Which would have to change if OU ever left for PAC

and this is exactly why I have maintained that the Big 10 will never take them, as is suggested by Frank the Tank.

Baxter said USF only allows someone to use nine credit hours in the summer to meet the required GPA. Baxter took more than nine hours but those extra hours couldn’t count for USF but do count for OU. OU allows for more than nine hours in the summer, which is what Baxter needed to reach the required GPA.

Similar situation came about at UCF for a top JUCO QB who took 12 plus hours during summer sessions which weren't allowed at UCF for admission. (Note: UCF had an Asst Coach at the time, with P5 experience who was clueless to UCF Admission policy, which lead to him lying about this player's academic status to O'Leary, and he was then rightfully fired).
