This will be his seventh year in the NFL, but really only his fourth getting meaningful minutes in the NFL. It took him a whoe to catch on.

Mostly, although he was the starter for much of 2013 after their starting SS was injured, I believe. He's listed as second on the depth chart at SS/FS currently.

What does that have to do with Rice Owls? It probably means that McDonald is now solidly the #2 TE on the roster. Prior to this, I had seen some depth charts showing Carrier in the #2 position.

In the first half, Casey dropped an easy one, when coming out of the backfield. I watched the first half, with most of my attention on the Astros.

Late in the game on Denver"s winning drive, Jordan was targeted, but overthrown in the endzone. Andre Ware commented on Jordan's size and said "when did Rice start getting 6' 5", 215 lb receivers". He and Marc V. went on to praise Coach Bailiff and talk about what a great job he was doing at Rice. Andre said he was one of his favorite coaches at the college level.

77 points was a later loss to Ohio State, which I was also at.
