So the DNA of a zygote makes it a human being? No, it's not. It's human DNA, yes. The existence of DNA found in something doesn't make it a human being in and of itself (yet). You can have a fertilized egg and freeze it for years. The clump of cells has it's own human DNA. You're not freezing a human being.
To the topic of utilizing Already-aborted fetuses for research: Why do people have a problem with that? I can understand that if it's an actually Developed Baby -- but then the problem should have nothing to do with doling out parts from the purposely killed child... it should have to do with the purposely killed child, right?
I mean, if a hospital had, say, your brother in there who broke a leg... and they purposely killed him at the request of your parents (WTF mom?!), and on his license he had the option checked off to donate his parts to hospitals (like some folks do) -- would your focal point of anger be at ALL following-thru on the license of agreement to donate their parts if/when dead? OR would it be why-the-hell-are-they-dead?! Of course the latter. In that timeframe I wouldn't even be mad about where his comic collection is going either, even if to an extremely unwarranted place. And certainly not about something that brings positive research.
So if it IS a legal abortion -- what is the harm in a hospital submitting portions of a dead fetus, however developed, to research illegal/wrong? If it WAS merely just that, would you still be upset? Wouldn't you at Least like that being done to at least have something positive come out of it, like research? Is it out of a belief that submitting legally aborted fetuses for research Increases abortions?

Where does this article go wrong?
Scientifically speaking, when exactly does a human life begin?
Once you have declared your victim to be something other than human, you can rationalize away anything: slavery, genocide, or selling body parts like they are cuts of meat.
The Abortion Party really does have no limits to their depravity.
When they're born.
Really, I'm okay with not having late-term abortions. I don't think there is really a set answer for it though. When is the fetus conscious? When does the nervous system form?

What kind of DNA does a fetus have? Does it change the second the child is born?
Is a Caesarean born child human? Should it be legal to perform a Caesarean abortion? Assuming birth determines humanity, which would be a purely legal definition rather than a scientific one, then what is wrong with late term abortion?
Legally speaking, the tomato is a vegetable and rhubarb is a fruit*. The government could rule that all dogs are now cats, but that's not going to get Rover to use the litter box.
