By your analysis El Paso should be like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, Birmingham, Nawlins, etc. but it isn't. We're a little over 80% of the population (hispanic) and we're No.One in the Safe Big Cities Category. Chew on that "White Boy". I think we've had 5 murders so far and most have been family fights not random acts, like the murders in Charleston, Oklahoma City, etc.
