a number is just a number

the why is what creates the number

has crime increased

has the number killed by police increased

if both trends chart in tandem, then the number is irrelevant

if the number killed exceeds by an unreasonable amount, then procedure should be analyzed

unfortunately, the number then becomes the issue

it's too small

therefore, it's not worth arguing unless one thinks that the media drives what should be relevant

deflection is one of many tactics used by the weak minded....

the problem then becomes, they get to vote too...
