Education, that's pure BS. I am told and believe people that people in the "problem/issue" communities are intelligent. Assuming that to be true and people still have issues/problems, then education won't solve the problem. Positive change comes from a change in the heart and is expressed when intelligent people make wise decisions. Public school systems are not a source of wisdom.

I have to agree. Breaking the cycle requires the end of the sex revolution, drug/gun culture, and parents that actually give a damn.
