Unfortunately there are two sides.. I believe the truth probably lies somewhere in the middle of both stories.

I don't agree with the actions however, if it is public place and public roads,, oh well. I'm sure if there were any threats from the motorists, the officers that were present would have done something about it.

But it was in poor taste! But not any poorer taste than a group of black people walking down a sidewalk 5 abreast making people change their path. I see that all the time and walk right through them on my side of the sidewalk.

I was never making the argument they were doing anything unlawful, that'd be an idiotic and patently wrong argument to make. I'm stating there are distinct differences between some people walking down the sidewalk in an admittedly inconsiderate and personally very annoying manner, and people actively taking the time to place confederate flags all over their vehicles to actively go out of their way to bother others. It's the difference between a car driving by with loud music and a person setting up a speaking system in order to blast music they know you don't like into your home.
