As we all now know, the University announced the "Time to Shine Capital Campaign" yesterday (which is discussed in another thread). Even though we do have a few big boosters who seem to carry most of the load, the fund raising program is now up to us. Regardless of how we feel at any one moment about any one sport, we are all Tigers wanting the best for our school. If we want to get a Big 12 invitation, this campaign will send a stronger message than a thousand polls, a hundred sports articles, a 14 win season, or even one Access Bowl. This campaign is a great thing our school for what we need to get done.

Let's set our own goal here and attempt to raise $100,000 from the board for the campaign. Donations can be made at: https://umwa.memphis.edu/new_giving/inde...l-Campaign

Before that was done, I had real suspicions that what people said on the message board did not correlate with the amounts actually being pledged and / or donated. I wish you better luck this time around.

I had contacted the Memphis associate AD at the time 9 years ago about a similar campaign.
I was kindly rebuffed.

I'm sure that was true, but you can still use that link to donate. I gave some money for the weight room at that time also.
