Not good.
Youth is wasted on the young again.

93 mph on Route 23 is a suicide run. Stupid as it gets on so many different levels.

Admittedly, I'm stealing this from 7, but what is there on Route 23 that would merit going 93 mph? Was he that desperate for Portillo's?

Other than no one got hurt, I am thankful this didn't come out yesterday.

Hopefully the kid will not be this careless in the future. Unfortunate though I believe his career as a Huskie has ended.

Am I a bad guy for thinking he's a BIGGER tool not for the DIU/speeding, but for driving without a license or insurance?! What a butthead....

Quote:After conducting an investigation, Monaghan was arrested and charged with DUI, DUI over .08, speeding 93/55 MPH zone, no insurance and possession of a fraudulent driver's license.

Loyd Rd and 23 is way out of the way.

Nothing on that road other than 4-5 farm houses and Vulcan Material.

Driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle, speeding and possession of a fraudulent driver's license.
...I mean really???

Just as well he was arrested now...could have killed himself, someone else.
Based on all the charges against him I agree with HuskieJohn. this kid is finished as a Huskie. I am ok with that.

Why would you give a cop a fake id? There is a reason why the bar code is on the back of your driver's license.

He didn't...they searched him and found it.

"During a search, police found a fake Illinois ID in Monaghan's pocket, which he said he has used to buy alcohol in the past."

He went to HS in Omaha Nebraska...so I am guessing his parents moved to AZ after he graduated?

or
In possession of booze and are under 21
