Then by god, damn him to hell. How dare he make a joke at a press conference where he is introduced to the media.

Blazer fans need to lighten the hell up. Football is returning. Pledges are coming in. The sainted Bill Clark says 2017 is the best option.

Yeah, I'm not on the "run Ingram off" bandwagon either.

He said the first 12 questions he was asked when he interviewed were about football. The next one was, "Why would you want this job?"

If he reads this board, he has to wonder. While everyone is enjoying parsing every syllable out of the man's mouth for something to beat him over the head with, I'd just like to repeat the takeaway from that interview, at least to me:

That $28,000 quoted on al.com was inacurrate (his word) and that it was a lot (his word) more than that.

I get it. His comment was tongue-in-cheek. I'm just saying that when he doesn't want to talk about something, claiming ignorance seems to be his strategy...not necessarily a bad one, but annoying at times.
