We are allowed to have a spring 16 practice. Clark said IF we had enough we could practice this fall, but will likely just do lifting and conditioning. They might do some one on one position coaching (just my speculation)

I can see a spring game like last year with the Sons of UAB game and a full spring game in 17.

Anything UAB does during its two year return to D1 FBS football will be unique since it is the only one ever done in modern times. We will be establishing precedents for the future in everything we do. I would not expect a regular spring practice or spring game since the numbers will be limited and conditioning less than optimal, but just having a Blazer presence on the field at this point is going to be encouraging. I would expect something similar to the "7 on 7" format high schools use.

I agree, we won't have enough players to scrimmage. We may only have the 6-7 holdovers that stay, the Albertville kid and which ever of the 19 we sign in December that can enroll in January.
