RE: Windows ten info?
I lost the favorites on my browsers and was pretty aggravated. After another system update, they showed up again. I wasn't aggravated anymore.
I think they are fixing problems pretty quickly as they find them.

My issue was that, without warning, everything vanished. And when that includes two books, one with 105,000 words written and the other 120,000, it's a little irritating, not to mention a book database with details on 5000 books and another with 3000. Yes, they were backed up, but so what?

RE: Windows ten info?
Older, unsupported operating systems are a high security risk.
Why would you want to take on that unneeded risk?

First, 7 Pro is still supported and I can selectively add security updates. Second, because Microsoft sucks and anything new should first be proven by others before the risk of using it.

I have noticed that the fixes are numerous and fast. I am going to stick with it as it seems to be doing OK for now. I am getting used to the look and feel of it a bit more now.
