I've found in the past if you wear nice looking UC stuff and act like you belong, you can get in most anywhere (I helped stock drinks in one of the private lounges a few years ago). A clipboard never hurts either.

If it is not "unveiled" until 9/3, then are the playing the 8/28 game "underneath the veil"? Or did Doss just miss the boat here?

On 8/28 you will only get to see the POSH areas from the outside. Think of the poor kid with his face against the candy store window.

Ohio needs to end the front plate. I drive a Equus and a BMW Z4 Roadster, my wife drives a BMW X5 here. We do not have front plates on any of them since there is no place to mount them. The dealers had forms you had to sign before they would drill holes to mount.

Never been stopped but if I am I will simply say "Yes I have a plate in the trunk if you wish to see it, officer". If he writes a ticket I will simply consider it a cost of maintaining the car. Then say "Thanks for your service and have a safe day."

Has anyone heard what the free food spread in the Club will be? Skyline and Chipolte would be OK. Montgomery Inn would be better. My money is on the B&B folks handling the spread.

I have some russian osetra and 1968 dom perignon in my suite....have fresh gelato flown in from Milan fir dessert.

Enjoy your burrito...

I would imagine it is the same folks who provided the food for the old suite, the university. From the times I've been there their food has been pretty decent but I am open to it being someone else.

That is the B&B Riverboat folks (used to also run Mike Finks). Big UC folks.
