Family Fun Fest...Aug 9th
Save the date, official info should be out soon.

They will be pushing the Endzone Club and Coaches Club as this will include a premium area open house.

Some other news.

HAF Fundraising is up 23% from this time last year.

The West and Stevenson grass lots are sold out (no surprise there) and parking overall has seen an increase in sales.

Yes, they are collecting more revenue. That is because things cost more. The real problem is tickets sold. I would not be surprised if that is down. Until someone figures out how to increase the ticket base, nothing else matters!

Noticed they are running some nice color ads for the Mini-Plans in the west suburban papers.

It'll be interesting to see how Season Tix are doing. As they are well priced with many choices to suit different needs I frankly don't know what more SF could have done.

And if Season Tix haven't increased much you're in a tough spot as you can't discount the a la carte much as that was a selling point.

Just don't see a lot of "walk-ups" paying $42 a ticket.

we really need good weather for the 4 saturday games, and reasonable for the 2 weekday games. in addition to a poorly designed scheduled, the weather has not helped the last couple of seasons.

I was told that they are paying particular attention to the St Charles, Batavia & Geneva area as they are aware that area has received little attention from athletics and has high potential.

And you had Ryan Brown from St C North and the Schiller & the Santacataratacaterinas from Geneva. (Then again.... that Boenzi guy.... not so much.)

You would think they would tie in the stadium renovations or the entire facilities master plan into the tickets pitch. It feels like a good opportunity to drive home the fact that ticket sales equals better facilities equals (hopefully) better competition or conference.

Maybe that will happen once they announce but they are still in the silent phase. Unfortunately I did NOT get the feeling that it was right around the corner.

No doubt that will be the pitch for the new seats.

Same goes for anyone that wants to move to the East side.
