Somewhat surprised that his scandal and firing at the University of Minnesota hasn't been discussed on here. When he was the AD at VCU, the rumors of the same behavior that got him fired in Minnesota were rampant. One of the funniest scenes I have ever witnessed was driving back from Harrisonburg after VCU played in the Convo as a member of the CAA for the final time... My group stopped at that crappy BP Station next to that crappy Burger King off exit 120 (5th street C-ville exit) I-64 on the way back to Richmond. Three of us went inside to get some snacks and refresher beverages for the rest of the hour long trip home. When we got to our car, the SUV next to us had both rear passenger doors open. A very drunk Norwood stumbled out of the right door and noticed our JMU shirts. He looked at us and said "f-JMU." I'm far from a Saint, but I laughed my ass off when I heard the news of recent firing

so what are his alleged actions that got him fired? I would imagine that what happens in Minnesota to a former VCU AD isn't high on the JMU fan relevancy charts.
