He won't be. I don't see any scenario and the way Bowen or Rudd handled the transfer stuff this week, it looks like the admin are starting to lose faith.

Rudd doesn't seem like the kind of guy that would ok a firing in the middle of the season. But, who knows. I don't think it really matters other than having to pay more buyout and then pay the interim HC a little more dough. You can still get interest in the job via 3rd parties even if he's still coaching.

No, you have to give him this year to get a quality replacement. On paper he had one bad year. People outside the program don't realize all that's gone on here. So you had to have him back this year.

The Last year Damon was here (JJs Junior year) was one of Josh's best. After Damon leaves and we get even more talent the team falls well below expectations.

I wonder if that was a coincidence or if Damon could have that big an impact.
