ASN
I just emailed ASN asking them if they would be able to stream more games online this year. Just thought I would try to get other CUSA fans to do the same thing. Just takes 2 minutes. Maybe if they see multiple emails about it, they might try to get more games streamed online through their site.

Here is the direct link to contact them.....

Done.

Last season sucked with not being able to see as much C-USA football as I wanted. Hopefully, that will improve this season.

RE: ASN
I have posted similar threads to both Tech boards hoping that a grass roots effort will get us more games streamed. Great idea FlyHawk98!

Done...my note:

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for your coverage of CUSA sporting events, particularly, football. I am a USM fan living in the greater DC Metro area. Your newly founded relationship with CUSA has been a godsend in this rapid changing landscape for NCAA TV programming.

Many CUSA fans sing your praises and we are expecting even greater production from you this year, and hopefully, in the many years to come.

We also understand that this is a business and business decisions have to be made with prudence and feasibility. However, you have wet our appetite with the professionalism of your productions...we want more. Many of CUSA fans are asking will ASN increase streaming opportunities; especially for those fans who ASN's partners do not pick-up their game for that week. There is a profitable opportunity for ASN if providing more streaming productions...even if it's this season. Many fans of the so-called non-Power 5 schools have been turned-off by the disturbing changes, and are looking for other means to see their school and affiliated schools play when they are not able to attend in person.

Again, thank you sincerely for your developing and promising relationship with CUSA.

I received a reply from a Ms. Kathy Kudravi...simply stating "Thanks for your note".

So...they are seeing/reading the emails.

Very well penned. It's messages like these that will help our cause the most.

RE: ASN
Excellent message DNEagle. It is very difficult to find ASN stations. If they will stream online (even if they charge for it) they will gain thousands of loyal customers. Alternatively, ASN could broadcast the games and CUSA retain the rights to online stream to their subscribers. Either way, we will be ABLE TO WATCH THESE GAMES!

I got a quick response as well.

Come on guys, lets all do this. If you can't take 2 minutes to send a message then don't complain when you are not able to watch your team this fall.

I'm going to post this on the Marshall boards as well, that was a good idea.

Agreed. Anything to help. It's only their second year but ASN did not seem to cover much of the country last year. Hopefully this year will be better with both their OTA and Web presence.
