Not as bad as a pig's head being thrown on the field, but yeah, that was uncalled for. Not sure what can be done though.

I drove past the stadium right at game time last night and there was litter everywhere. There is always some litter after NFL tailgates, but last night was just disgusting. No regard at all for their surroundings. I feel bad for the maintenance people that had to pick all that up.

Tell me this. I missed the game because of work, is Mexico that bad or T&T that good? Plus, Cuba??? Flipping Cuba??

Mexico is usually good but not sure about T&T although they looked good as well. Cuba sucks.

Mexico is just terrible - no D. They're missing the leadership of Rafael Márquez after he retired from the game.
Kevin Jones from T&T is really good against the weak concacaf defenders :) He looked world class against Mexico D last night - lol.

I was at the game. It was indeed out of hand. Quite a few Mexico fans (mainly families with kids) left once they started throwing stuff. They were throwing just as much in the stands as in the field.

Yep, I was finally pleased with the effort, though it must be said that Cuba was missing several players to defection (lol) and their porous defense has conceded the most goals of any team in the tournament. Didn't like the way Bradley played today though.

Mexico can score at will, but their defense is not very good. It's the same thing that got them in trouble in 2014 WC Qualifying...when they play the better teams in the region who are capable of stopping their attack, they give up a goal they shouldn't and get beat. I'm not convinced that Herrera has done anything other than restore some pride to the squad. They still have the same flaws they had 2 years ago.

Yeah, it was Cuba which I think only scored 1 goal and conceded 14 during the tournament. I did like the effort coming out of the gate this match, which had been missing. Still, hard to take much of anything from this match other than hopefully no one got hurt. Jamaica will be more of a test. Pretty sure the US will be favored, but after watching Jamaica in the Copa America and now in the Gold Cup, the US better not take them lightly.

Shameful ending to the Mexico/Costa game.
