Guys,

I've seen PASTner grow a lot as a coach at Memphis. Anyone that's followed the program has known that you hired Josh as a coach to groom... and that he'd have his growing pains...
He's a young guy. I'm not sold that now is the best time to throw away all that time you invested on him.
He's done a great job at recruiting, which is what you hired him to do. Let's wait another 4 years before deciding his FUTURE.
He can still be Memphis' Coach K. It's not his fault that AN broke up with his girlfriend. If he had a Delorean I'm sure he'd fix it.

Yes he has done a good recruiting but they all play for other teams now

His recruiting is done here and that was sealed before the 2014-2015 season.. The Lawsons came for one reason and one reason only.. Transfers and Jucos and 3 stars from here on out.. Get use to mediocrity until he is gone.. I knew this train wreck was coming years ago.. I have nothing against the guy but he can't coach and It's obvious he doesn't relate to players at all..

I don't mind the transfers and 3 star players IF they can be developed into a cohesive team with heart and desire to play for school and coach.

We don't have that here. Time for a change.

Fishing or not, if this was posted 4 years ago, you may have some on board. right now is NOT the right time to even suggest it. 4 more years of this ........you will be the only one in standas and posting to this message board. but then agai, i guess you wont, yu are a UAB fan.......well same thing. I see why you root for pastner

Exactly. Seems like he/she should be more worried about UAB keeping their football program instead of what's happening with Pastner.

When the AD cans him, he needs to be nice and make sure Pastner walks with no hurt feelings. We may need some of his players in the future when he's running his dads AAU program in Houston. I don't see him having any success coaching D1 ball, and ultimately could see that being where Pastner lands

I don't....UAB still can't beat Memphis even with Pastner.
