Well Now 21.5 Million people that underwent Security background check for Government have had information stolen by Hackers including Social Security Numbers, Maybe China involved!

We now know that hackers can access important systems (although there are some reports that the OPM system was archaic and not secure). We also have seen where computer "glitches" can cause their own kind of denial of service.

So I submit a hypothetical. If your bank was hacked or had a glitch, could you buy a Starbucks? Could you get to work? Could you buy a quart of milk?

Think about it. ATM cards, credit and debit cards might not work.
