Presumably a walk-on. I thought we might get a JUCO player, but apparently this one is the one.

We're gotten minutes from walk-ons from lower division schools before.

I believe that many schools like to have 15 players, with a few players, maybe 5, being essentially a 'scout team' (which is prevalent in college football).

If my thinking is correct, we get 5 fouls from James Thompson, 5 from LWH, and 5 more, if needed, from Jones.

We've seen this 15-foul strategy before... "three headed monster" or maybe "center by committee..." (I think the latter is the best notation).

Yeah, if he was transferring down he wouldn't have to sit out but since he is moving up a level.

Unless since he is a walk on and not on scholarship maybe that doesn't apply?

Yes indeed Strickland made some positive contributions and he was from Adrian College.

I believe blue shirts are for fall sports where a player goes on scholarship for 2nd semester based on a team having unused scholarships. Don't think blue shirts are applicable for transfers.

It should be for first year players.

We don't have any scholarships to carry over in basketball.

I assume he is a walk-on and won't get a scholarship unless he is a huge surprise during his sitout year.
