Just some thoughts.... a guy of his talent, obviously all the NBA people know about him. Coaches and the NBA people know he isn't getting any nourishment for his game from Clown Show. How much of a stretch is it to think that he got some workouts from a real coach or at a big man camp, and listening to what those coaches can do for him? Once the light goes off and he fully assimilates how much Clown Show is limiting him, who cares how late it is in the summer or the timing? Austin has to do what's best for him. I'm shocked he played for Clown Show for two seasons.
I wish him the best and hope he finds as adequate a replacement in the girlfriend department as he does a coach. Seems the kid has put up with BS and mediocrity on many levels. Maybe he's woken up. Good for him

I don't really care why he decided to leave (Pastner, girlfriend, etc), but it's a little freakin late to decide to leave. I'm fine with him leaving, just do it after the season and give the team some notice.
Not sour grapes here, but I don't think he was that great anyway. I don't see him in the NBA. I know some of you disagree, but we'll see how his career goes. I always thought he should have chosen Duke...
Looks the Lawson's will get more experience, and they are the real deal.. Hopefully, we'll get a new coach that can keep them (hire their Dad) and get a good 2016 class.
