Composite College Sports Rankings
CBS Sports put this together, obviously its flawed and pointless but its the off season so it gives you something to pass the time. Enjoy.

Is that the fault of those who designed the ranking?

Just like in the game of credit scores, some folks who have impeccable credit do things, e.g., close too many accounts, esp. older, end up hurting their score.

Some other observations.

Damn, Louisville at #2!
Stanford was only #37
SDSU at #42, UL-Lafayette at #44? Wow.
Central Michigan at 59 is ranked higher than the University of Michigan at 61. Run with it, Sports Marketing......
Without football NIU would not have scored a point, tying with such athletic peer institutions such as Troy, Idaho and UTSA.
Washington State must really feel out of place in the PAC12.
