I've exposed this lie before Cavaliere Nero. They didn't fail to do their jobs they adapted from a proactive to a reactive policing policy. The citizens of Baltimore complained about proactive policing so they gave them the reactive police force they wanted.

She is the Very Person whom gave the Orders to actively stop Drug use on that very corner. She was exposed and now replaced the person whom went public about it so now She should resign immediately for a cover up to protect Herself.

The mayor is in deep trouble. She's overplayed her hand in this whole mess. Unless several are convicted of murder, she's toast.

The police officer's union of Baltimore disagrees with you. They are upset that they weren't allowed to arrest people and were told to stand down and let the city burn.
