Absolutely. Men should not expect to have sexual intercourse unless they are fully committed to the cost of raising any offspring that might produce. Thus, any man who impregnates a woman who decides to get an abortion should be fully liable the expected 250,000 cost of raising a child to the age of 18. Women would still maintain sovereign control over their bodies, the government gets money, and there is a strong deterrence against deadbeat dads.
