It is growing very well. NBCSN goes after a different niche of viewers though. They have flooded their programming with Hockey, Indycar, F1, and Soccer. They ignore College Sports almost entirely. As a Swansea fan, I watch NBCSN basically every single week except for June and July.

Their online offering is far better than Fox's for the record.

As another Liverpool fan I spend my morning watching NBCSN and have wished often that they would go straight from those games to college football on Saturdays using Live Extra for overflow.

I'm beginning to wonder if Fox should have left Speed alone and flipped Fuel to Fox Sports 1. The catch is that Fuel/Fox Sports 2 didn't have the distribution that Speed/Fox Sports 1 did.

The other strategic mistake has been America's Pregame. This should have been another edition of Fox Sports Live; you can catch SportsCenter on pretty much 24/7, but Fox Sports Live is only on a few hours per day in time slots not friendly to viewers east of the Rockies.
