Houston's new Athletic Director has bonus incentives written into his contract for fundraising milestones on two capital projects:

$60M Hofheinz renovation
$20M indoor football practice facility

We've known about the planned Hofheinz renovation. There was a presentation to the Board of Regents about it in May, and another scheduled in August.

This is the first confirmation that the IPF has become a front burner item.
