It seems that the left side leaning members of the SC have been on the victorious end of every major hearing this year. Interestingly, they've had different conservative members side w them on the various cases (usually Kennedy, but Roberts, Thomas and Alito at times too - pretty much everyone but Scalia).

I wonder when the last time the four liberal judges have dissented from each other on an opinion? I don't like seeing them voting as a block every time one bit to be honest.

I don't support gay marriage; it's a cruel joke on America; but it's a relief to have it settled.

Maybe now we can get on to stopping illegal immigration, addressing the national debt, and fighting external enemies like Russia, China, and ISIS.

It's amazing how a Chicago politician with the right information can "persuade" conservative judges to say that they wouldn't ordinarily say.

Yeah, there's no way they felt it was the right thing to do...lol

Well it's not a brand new trend, the SCOTUS became FDR's best friend after he failed in his court packing plan and another judge or two of his got onto the court.
