The 26th Annual USA College Football FCS Preseason All-Americans are presented by American Football Networks.

With over 12,500 student-athletes competing on the gridiron for 125 programs, USA College Football recognizes just the top 4% of the returning players with their 1st Team, 2nd Team, and Honorable Mention selections. The 1st Team of 170 players recognizes the top 1%.
