i cannot get into national politics because it doesn't mean anything. but the most effective threads for me have been about god or philosophy and weed. i don't post much about god because i'm still learning about it. also hambone rightly threw me down many moons ago. i have a vague concept of god and it means more to me as the days progress. a lot of what we talk about is philosophy, is it not?

I post in the Spin Room because otherwise I would be doing work.

I post because I like making people question or defend what they believe why they believe it.

I post here to post the truth whether you guys like it or not.

I saw how in the last 2 election cycle s the Democrats and Liberals use different social mediato get Their points across. And like a lot of folks I know and work with are or have been aappalled at the mindless destruction of the Morality with which the Government has endorsed and encouraged in recent years. I and others have made it a point to give a voice to the other side of the coin that is more mainstream American. We know the difference between folks that are just Trolling for results and real thinking points of view. I like using some humor also. Thats why I can keep posting and enjoy a little mud slinging but not hurting anyone. Hoping others feel the same way both Libs & Cons.

Life circumstances mean I pretty much go to work, come home and not much else. It is a distraction.

Exactly. Asking someone why requires people to use higher order thinking skills and thus forces them to think about why they believe what they believe. I'm a teacher so making people learn is second nature for me.

I'm just saying why I post here, not looking for sympathy, but I'm not sure how I "let that happen"? I'm a care giver for my disabled wife.
