Big 12 was compensated when they handed over their rights, so I don't see OU trying to leave their tv rights for the next 10 years or so.

If I'm looking at for an unhappy university, I'd look at FSU as they continue to hold public B.O.T. meetings questioning the financial stability of their conference in reference to keeping up with other conferences. If the ACC Network never comes to fruition, then FSU might have the urge to jump ship or look for other revenue streams. Of course they would have to some how free themselves from the chains of that G.O.R. they signed with the ACC; maybe convincing a judge they weren't compensated for their rights can unchain them in court? We might see.

The problem with getting "unhappy" and wanting to move to another conference is that some network is going to have to be willing to pay for the move, then you will have to lawsuits for tampering following that.

What could keep the ACC from the ACC network from forming? Duke, Wake Forest and Miami Florida are at the bottom of tv viewers the past couple of years. I know Miami cooked their books about their football attendance for their home games. I question their figures big time when they had home games on tv? The stadium seemed to be like half filled. Why reward a conference when the conference are down in attendance than the 3 top schools of FSU, Clemson and Georgia Tech.
