I work for a living so no, i did not take time to read her dissent. I will trust that the linked article accurately describes the content of her dissent since it is easily verifiable if i had the time to read it.

No, let's be blunt, you'll trust it because it confirms something you already believe about people whose ideology you don't agree with. Even you know better than to think that a Fox news article about Sotomayer would be accurate, just like I question every pro-Obama headline I read from Huffington Post.
