MLive.com reports that the Rockets have offered former UT Guard Keith Wade's son, Brandon, for the 2018 Class. The 6-1 Sophomore Guard from Ann Arbor Skyline High School visited the UT campus Wednesday where he picked up his first offer. He started as a freshman last season scoring a season high 22 points and reaching double-diget scoring in 5 of his 6 last game. He said the offer means a lot to him because of his dad playing at Toledo but that he is not being pushed into committing to the Rockets as it is early in the recruiting process.

I had class with Keith Wade.

wasn't he the guy that stole something from Chad Keller and got caught by Keller... mistake made and handled by the team, but he was a helluva player for a lousy coach.

Don't recall that but he was a steal as a late signer. Tykee Branch, IIRC, was supposed to be the better player but he got shot in a craps game and Wade was one of the all-time best point guards.
