Here we go again ... a confrontation at a pool.
It appears there was a rule violated and a black family was asked to leave. Then they started physically attacking the police. I think this was at a public pool in Ohio.

Why does this have to happen?

Because some people are too stupid to know not to get into physical altercations with police. Othera i suspect are actively looking to be the victim in the next nationally reported on case of "discrimination".

The pattern is set:

1) a dispute occurs
2) the "victims" cry racism
3) the media descends on the town
4) we have national navel gazing and wonder what's wrong with us?
5) the investigation shows it was the victims who were at fault
6) the situation is still remembered in our collective consciousness as evidence of racism, in spite of the facts
7) time goes by
8) a dispute occurs
9) rinse and repeat .....

This one is even more pathetic than the last.

Just a bunch of moronic kids (and parents) not respecting the police on any level and screaming like spoiled brats when they get the pimp hand.

Its so blatantly obvious many of these people are looking to cause a problem with a cop and get some attention. The kids were actually punching and attacking the cops for telling them to leave.

This is what happens when you don't have a father figure or a mother who teaches their kids to respect authority. Combine that with the peer pressure to hate on the cops and spit in their face whenever possible and you get this type of madness.

I don't too far from where this happened. The statement by the family's attorney that the "Pool wanted them out because they are black" is ridiculous. Fairfield is a pretty diverse community and I am sure there were a number of other black people at the pool that day.

Bottom line the people broke a rule and was asked to leave, they refused and the police were notified. When the police came they asked them to leave and they continued to refuse. The officer then attempted to apprehend the mother and the kids all jumped the cops. It escalated from there.

If the family had simply listened to the police it never would had escalated. Also, you can't put your hands on a police officer ever.

Appears to be a whole lot of nothing. Normal Misbehavior leading up to Resisting arrest. Seems These Young Kids today are taught by the parents to Scream, Hoot & Hollar as loud as They can to draw in Attention. Even had the Cellphone on filming when Nothing was going on. Obvious set up !

They didn't refuse. The mother went home to get swim trunks but when she returned she was asked to leave. She tried to get her kids but when she failed to show the cops ID (probably because she was wearing a swimsuit) they arrested her.

Be prepared. In McKinney there was no racism, but the paid protestors and the media portrayed it otherwise. That's how America rolls.

Do what the police said? They were asked to leave, and they refused. Then they were asked for ID, and they refused. Then they started hitting the police.

They were idiots. And now they're lawyered up.

They were leaving. The mother even left the car running.

If They were leaving, Why did the Mother go home and get Her swimsuit on ? did She plan on leaving the car running while Swimming ? Did She leave a Dog or Kid in the Car and turn on the AC ? I must have missed That part with all of the Screaming, Cussing and resisting Arrests going on.

The boy in the inappropriate swimsuit was asked to leave. She went home to get the appropriate swimsuit and came back but she was asked to leave. So she got her kids (car still running) and was arrested.

If the boy's attire was the problem, the mother should have taken him with her. If he came back in proper trunks, all should have been fine. Unless there was some out of proportion nutty reaction to being asked to leave and get a bathing suit. Then you should be told to leave and don't come back.

Please read about what happened instead of speculating.

Both sides of the story are presented: http://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/201.../28865691/

In all likelihood the truth is somewhere in between.
