Johnson's Journey: From juvenile offender to jailer

Very good article about JJ's journey from a troubled youth into a strong young woman with a great spot with our local sheriff's department. Super duper excited to hear about this and read it. So proud of her accomplishments. When JJ was at MT, she was a fan favorite on the team and scored the last basket in the CUSA championship (I think) two years ago.

Thats a great story. You dont see enough of those and we have many, many of them floating around. Very similar to our Jameria Faulkner. She made it despite obstacle after obstacle.

Kids like this are why i give to our Eagle club. So many young people are helped and provide a better life because they played college ball and got the degree they would not have been able to obtain otherwise. Many like this become role models for other troubled teens.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO government program that can match this.
