Bob Simon To Alabama
Former UT associate head coach under Stan Joplin, Bob Simon, has taken the same position under new Alabama head coach Avery Johnson. Simon move from UT to Fairfield College, then to Boston College and then Providence.

While he was at UT from 2000 to 2006, he was the main recruiter on players like Tyrone Kent, Jonathan Amos, Tino Valencia and Allen Pinson. He helped open the Toledo/Chicago pipeline.

If Coach K moves on at some point, Simon would be one of the first people I would call.
