Plus, a pre-season all-conference team, or poll, published by Athlon, or anybody else for-that-matter, is hardly a valley.

I think either Austin Duke or Khalif Phillips will end up making an all conference team.

We are also rumored to have some 5th year guys on the way, including a Rb from WVU that has averaged 4.4 ypc for his career. Maybe an OLB and DL too.

Tech has got some talent returning. I think Butler is going to have a heck of a year and get drafted

Having talent and getting it done are two separate things though. Schedule and coaching are going to determine if Tech can finish on top in the West.

4-32 in our last 36 games isn't a valley. It's a depression.

Thought Tech, WKU and Rice should have more kids on that list.

For Tech there were only five that I felt really needed to be first team. All five made it.
